Stoodis Printing ("we", "us", "our") is a custom screen printing, embroidery and promotional products shop at 25 Waterman Ave, Unit 1, East York, Toronto, ON M4B 1Y6. This policy explains what personal information we collect through stoodisprinting.com, our quote forms, email, phone and orders, how we use it, and the choices you have. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

Information we collect

  • Contact details you give us, such as your name, company or organization, email address, phone number, and billing and shipping addresses.
  • Quote and order details, such as garment styles, sizes, quantities, colours, decoration locations, deadlines and notes.
  • Artwork and files you upload or send us, such as logos and designs.
  • Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment providers (such as Shopify Payments and Square). We do not store full card numbers.
  • Device and usage information collected automatically when you visit our site, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and how you arrived at our site, through cookies and similar tools.

How we use your information

  • To prepare and send quotes, mockups and proofs, and to answer your questions.
  • To produce, invoice, ship or arrange pickup of your order.
  • To keep records for accounting, tax and warranty purposes.
  • To improve our website and services and understand how visitors use our site.
  • To send occasional offers and updates by email where permitted by law. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe.
  • To protect our site and customers from fraud and abuse.

Your artwork

Artwork you send is used only to quote and produce your order. We do not sell, share or reuse your designs for anyone else. We may keep files on record so reorders are quick; ask us anytime to delete them.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed. These include our website platform (Shopify), quoting and invoicing tools (such as YoPrint), payment processors (such as Square and Shopify Payments), email providers, shipping carriers, blank garment suppliers, and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics). We may also disclose information if required by law. Some providers may store information outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.

Cookies and analytics

Our site uses cookies to keep the site working (for example, your cart), to remember preferences, and to measure site traffic and marketing. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some site features may not work without them.

Marketing emails

If you request a quote, buy from us, or sign up for our emails, we may send you occasional offers and updates as permitted under CASL. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email or by emailing quotes@stoodisprinting.com. Quote and order emails about your own job are not marketing emails.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, tax and accounting requirements, and then delete or anonymize it.

How we protect information

We use reasonable physical, technical and administrative safeguards, including access controls and the security provided by our service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your rights

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to its use (subject to legal and contractual limits). To make a request, email us at quotes@stoodisprinting.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Children

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
