Custom Printing FAQ
Answers to common questions about custom printed apparel, embroidery and stickers at Stoodis Printing in East York, Toronto.
What does Stoodis Printing do?
Stoodis Printing is a print shop in East York, Toronto. We make custom printed apparel, embroidery, custom stickers and promotional products for businesses, bands, events and brands.
What is your minimum order?
Our minimum is 12 pieces on custom printed apparel and embroidery. For stickers, the minimum is 10 pieces per design.
Do you use DTF or screen printing?
We use both, whichever gives your design the best result. Screen printing pushes ink through a mesh screen, one colour at a time. DTF (direct-to-film) printing prints your design onto a special film, which is then heat-pressed onto the item. Just send us your design and we take care of the rest.

Can you print on hats?
Yes. We embroider hats, and we also use DTF printing on hats.
What inks do you use for screen printing?
We print with plastisol, water-based and discharge inks. Plastisol gives bold, bright colour. Water-based ink gives a soft feel. Discharge gives a soft, vintage look on darker garments.
